Dr. Lion K. S. Vikram Murthy is a dynamic entrepreneur, respected industry leader, and passionate professional with over two decades of extensive experience in the travel, mobility, and logistics ecosystem. Known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, people-centric leadership style, and strong ethical foundation, he has built a reputation as a visionary who transforms challenges into opportunities and organizations into families.
His professional journey began in July 2001 in the event management sector as a Project Coordinator with Encompass. This early exposure shaped his operational discipline, crisis management capabilities, and deep understanding of client expectations. In June 2002, he joined International Travel House as an Executive – Sales, where his dedication, perseverance, and result-oriented mindset enabled him to steadily grow into leadership roles, eventually becoming Unit Manager for the Bangalore Division. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships, expanding business operations, and building high-performing teams..
Driven by his passion for mobility solutions and organizational leadership, he later joined Fiesta Car Rentals & Logistics as Branch Manager. Through strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-focused management, he rose to the position of Regional Manager, successfully leading large teams, managing complex operational networks, and contributing significantly to business growth until July 2021.
A defining moment in his life came when he chose entrepreneurship at the age of 40, during one of the most challenging global periods — the COVID-19 pandemic. With faith, courage, and the unwavering support of his core team, drivers, well-wishers, and family, he founded OKO Elite Travel World Pvt. Ltd. on 26th July 2021. What began as a bold vision has rapidly evolved into a trusted and growing mobility brand known for reliability, service excellence, and a strong value-driven culture.
At the heart of his leadership philosophy is a deep belief that people are the true strength of any organization. Dr. Vikram Murthy treats every employee with the highest respect and dignity, considering them an integral part of the organization’s family.
